Fairwell to Fall Cards

Here we go, this is the last fall card I will me making this season. I think, well I am pretty sure. To bring the fall season to a finally I created a scene card based on this week’s Sharing Fall Cardmaking Challege Hop over on Instagram.

One of my favorite things about Fall is the sunsets in our area. To create this sunset scene I used Distress Oxide Inks. Wilted Violet, Worn Lipstick, Brushed Corduroy, Gathered Twigs, Bundled Sage, Scattered Straw, and Dried Marigold.

The Fall Camping critters is a set that is from Crafty stamp co and worked perfectly for my scene with Falling Leaves. I colored the images with Ohuhu alcohol Markers.

Here is the little bunny and the color combo I used to color it.

TIP: Mistakes happen, see photo. What I did so that I didn’t have to color another squirrel (it was already adhered to my card) was used another stamped one and fussy cut the face. I bet you didn’t even realize it did you?

The Happy Birthday sentiment is a stamp set from Hero arts and has been a go to stamp set for me this past few weeks. It has a great mix of nice-looking sentiments that work for all style of cards.
