Winter Wedding Dreams

For this week’s inspiration I share my first stair stepper card! I used the sweet Winnie Fairytale Dreamer digital stamp for my focal image. To give the card an elegant feel I used a gold border to frame the Winnie winterland Paper Heaven 6 digital paper. I printed these papers in two sizes, one a bit smaller so I could fussy cut some of the gorgeous poinsettias to add as an embellishment. The sentiment comes from the versatile Just Lovely 31 Greetings bundle.

I found a video on YouTube that gave me a general idea of how to form the stair stepper and I formatted it to fit the image I wanted to use. I cut my stirps down by 1/8th” to get my layers. The layer that has the fussy cut flowers actually has to pieces of pattern paper because I cut it short and instead of printing another one, I just added a small piece of another patter I had chopped up on my desk.
