The first card I have created using this super-duper cute kit uses the Vintage Romance pattern paper and the Love is in the Air stamp set. I colored the images with Ohuhu Alcohol Markers.
They layers are fairly simple; I used a stitched rectangle for my bottom layer and a rectangle piece of pattern paper that I scored to give an accordion style effect, then I inked the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink. I added a sticked layer on top of the rectangle that I adhered with liquid glue. Then I added the oh so cute images from the Love is in the Air stamp set.
I added wink of stella to the images to make the card a bit shimmery! It is a Valentine’s Day card after all. I hope this card kit sparks your interest! If it does click the photo below to check out purchase and subscription options.
TIP: I have decided going outside the liens on small images is OK and there is no reason to start over an almost done image. Just wait till it dries and hide it with a white gel pen. Or better yet DON’T. It is a handmade card.
