Playing along with this week’s Freshly Made Sketch # 509 and what a fun sketch it is! I have not done a Slimline sketch yet so this was a great change.

As soon as I saw the sketch I knew I wanted to put the Cheer from the Words of Cheer Bundle on the card and I wanted it in Shaded Spruce with the inner layer Soft Seafoam. And I already had the Painted Christmas DSP out on my desk, so it felt like it was meant to be!

I struggled with trying to add a bow at the top and then took a deep breath and put the bow at the other end of my table (I could not look at it any longer). Then I decided to just a strip of the Real Red Satin ribbon, not a bow! From there I took a piece of the Glitter Organdy ribbon and cut it right down the middle and used Mini Glue Dots to add it to the card front in a cute fashion.

I finished the card with Holiday Rhinestones Basic Jewels in Shaded Spruce, and I used a few more then I normally do! It was worth it.

Below you will find the products used and card cut list. You can use a regular legal size envelope to ship this card, it is jus the right size.
