I used Zig watercolors pens to color the Mushroom image from Polkadoodles Craft and to create the nights sky background I gave the mushroom. I added a bunch of splatters too. The digital set I used is called Cute Lily Ladybug Digistamp.
I printed the mushroom and the sentiment on Tim Holtz Distress watercolor paper.
I did exactly what you are not supposed to do, and over colored my images and then went over the edges with a black Acrylic Paint marker to give it areas “more definition”. I like the way it looks, but the goal needs to be able to give the project definition without going back in and adding the dreaded black maker line. All in good time! I had fun mixing up the purple, blue and green to give me the pretty background.
