Frosted Florals Anyone

Today I am playing along with The Cards for all Season Instagram Hop hosted by @createwithkas. The theme is Frosted Florals. I nailed it lol.

I started by heat embossing the images in with withe Wow! embossing powder to help control the color I would be adding. I did use Tim Holtz watercolor paper for the focal images.

I used Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink to create a faux watercolor look for this Gardenia from the Gardenia Duo stamp set from Altenew. The sentiment is heat embossed in silver embossing powder from Wow! and is from the Fresh Bloom Altenew Stamp set.

I created a framed look by using two dies from the Pink and Main Stitched Rectangles set 1 dies. To the popped up stitched rectangle I used a stencil from Set 28 Tim Holtz Collection to create a soft background. I finished the card with lots of splatters and Pinkfresh Studio – Essentials Collection – Clear Drops – Ice.
