Love Love LOVE this week’s color challenge over at GDP. PURPLE is my favorite color, Pear Pizazz works perfectly with it. I have been working with the All for baby set and decided the Onesie HAD to be stamped in Blackberry Bliss! The rest just pieced together after that.

It took me two tries to get the bib border right. The first time I ran the dies through the Stampin Cut Emboss machine twice, to make sure it all cut. Sadly because of the thickness from the Fresh Freesia Bibs being glued onto the Basic White layer, the right side edge detail cut off! I cut 10 more bibs and tried again. I really wanted the border!
Here is how I layered the dies to cut the border. I made my basic white layer slightly bigger than the largest die to makes sure I ended up with the stitched border.

TO give the border lift and adhered the frame to my card base, I used one of my FAVORITE Stampin’ Up Products. The Foam Adhesive Strips is one of the products that made me want to be a Stampin’ Up demonstrator. The thought of being able to make any shape of shaker card I wanted, WHOA! Just bend

I stayed true to my liking ad added a bit of Pear Pizazz splatter with my water painter. To create my sentiment, I white heat embossed my sentiment onto a piece of blackberry Bliss Cardstock and then cut it in half to separate the words. I considered splitting up the words little hands, little feet but opted not to. I think I will try it on the next card, stay tuned.
How would you change up this card? Leave a comment and let me know. If you are in need of a demonstrator don’t hesitate to contact me, I would love to fill that position.
