Nothing’s better than Coffee

Playing along with this week’s Paper Players Sketch Challenge #5547! I used one of my top 5 favorite sets to create this card. Nothing’s Better Than the photopolymer set and the Love you more than Dies, the cool part about this set is it is one that works with the Mini Stampin’ Cut Emboss machine!

I love the card I did for this challenge, the Crushed Curry, Black and Basic White just pop off the card front! I used the Pattern Party DSP to bring this card to life. The flower image is large and eye-catching and the back of the DSP is the Black and White Gingham.

I used the Foam Adhesive Sheets to die cut the word COFFEE in Basic White. When my son took a look at the card he said he liked that part the most! I love the height that the adhesive sheets give to lettering elements.

The Basic Black card base worked perfectly to show off the elements on this card. I almost went Basic Gray, it was pretty with the yellow, but I did not feel it made the card pop enough. I White heat embossed my sentiment and stamped and die cut a coffee cup in my freshly re-inked Tuxedo black and this card was done!

Below you will find my products used and card cut list! Leave a comment and let me know what you think!

  1. I love the crispness of the black and white Megan with that wonderful yellow floral panel – almost like a damask tablecloth! Thanks for sharing with us over at The Paper Players this week!
