I am playing along with this week’s Global Design Project # 311Theme: Leaves. I really kept my color palate simple for this card. I used Cinnamon Cider, Bumblebee, Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Basic White and a smidge of Very Vanilla.

I used the little Delights stamp set for this card. This set has been handy to have around, it has great mix of holiday sentiments and images. For this card I used the fall style leaf and the Thank You sentiment stamp. I stamped the leaf using Cinnamon Cider. I used the second generation stamp technique to get the variance of color. All that means is I stamped the image two times in a row with out re-inking.

Using my paper trimer I cut up slivers of longer length scraps of Bumblebee, Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, and Cinnamon Cider. To get them to stay in place used my stampin seal to give a base layer of adhesive and then layered the strips on. I added Very Vanilla Baker’s Twine to the bottom of the leaves focal image and popped tit up on Dimensionals to give the card lift.
