I made this oh so cute fun fold card during the Stampin Spectacular hosted by Robyn Cardon! The challenge prompt was use your Favorite Winter or Christmas bundle. Of course I immediately reached for Whimsical Trees. For each of the challenges that we summited a card for, we had the opportunity to win a Bundle! And guess what, this card won me the Merry Snowflakes bundle! How AWESOME is that?! I do not have a snowflake set, so this will come just in time to finish off my Christmas cards. I will be adding some extra paper to my order tomorrow during the Seasonal Sale to make lots of snowflakes with!
Did you know that the the tree dies will cut out trees on one of the Sheets of the Whimsy and Wonder DSP? I did not realize this either, until I pulled and the sheet of paper and say….wait a minute and grabbed the dies! There are so many great products that even I miss things sometimes. So I started by Cutting out the tree from the DSP and then built the rest of the card around it.
I chose to go with one of my favorite fun folds! The Mini Easel Card is easy and quick I just love it. A few strips of DSP and the card is almost done. This type card always gets a big wow reaction from whoever gets it! You will find the cut list below.
I used Whisper White Craft ink pad to stamp the dots on my Crumb Cake layers and to stamp the sentiment. A also stmpaed out one tree in Misty Moonlight. That as all the stamping I did for htis card! I added the precents diecut tree and a few rhinestines! Got love quick card.

Card Cut List
Cut a piece of Basic white 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″. Score at 4 1/4″.
Cut the top flap at 1 1/2″ up to the score line. Then flip the card and cut the other side at 1 1/2″ up to the score line. These flaps will be glued down to the card base.
Score the middle flap at 2 1/4″.
Cut designed layers of DSP and decorate. I like my DSP to be 1/8″ from edge for this style card. You could cut it with a 1/4″ from the edge. It is a personal choice.
