Perfect Blend

I have not really made any Valentine’s themed cards yet and decided a coffee card is what my Husband is getting this year. While he is not a coffee drinker, I am and he enjoys shaker cards. So I pulled out my new Heffy Doodle stamp set Perfect blend with coordinating dies and got to work.

I love shaker cards and the Heffy Doodle Sparkle Mix packs have the perfect color combos!! For this card I used Royal Mist, perfect for a purple coffee card. On the white rectangle I splattered Wilted Violet and Evergreen Bough and stamped the coffee bean with Gathered Twigs. To create the shaker window, I created a quick file using Canvas Workspace and cut it out with my Brother Scan N Cut, I had a certain thickness I wanted for my outside border and to be it was easier then using dies. YOU can easily do this with Rectangle dies or a ruler and sharp cutting tool of your choice.

To blend the outside edge of the shaker window I used the following colors: Faded Jeans, Evergreen Bough, Iced Spruce and Salvaged Patina, Villainous Potion, Wilted Violet and Shaded Lilac.

All the images are colored with Copic markers, here is a list of makers used.

Copic Markers Used: W0, W3, BG72, BG78, BG75, B45, V09, V15, V12, E13, E18, E29, E39, E55, E74, R37, R39, 0 Colorless blender.
