Rainbow Stenciled Cards

Last week for the Sharing Spring challenge the them was Stencil Fun! And boy did I have fun. I created 3 cards using the same stencil. I mixed up the colors a bit and on the card I shared this past Sunday I used Hero Arts paste. I really like how each of these cards turned out. While they are all using similar products you get different feels.

For the first card I did an ink smooshed background and then used the Stencil to add the same colors on top. I add a bit of splatter with Starry Colors and Dina Wakely Gloss Spray White. Then I trimmed the panel down to just slightly smaller than Mini Slimline size. I added the panel to a piece of Goregous Grape cardstock cut to a mini slimline base size.

I fished the card with a Disco Hot Foiled sentiment from Casual Greetings by Julie Ebersole, Essentials by Ellen Hot Foil Stamps. I think the Thanks and stuff sentiment is my favorite from this Hot foil Stamp.

For this card the size is also a Mini Slimline card, but I jazzed it up a bit by doing a bookbinding style card. All that means is I gave it an extra score mark and glued it on the inside of the card. I gave it a border using paper from my SU! stash.

To finish the card I used the same hot foil stamp above but added it to Blackberry Bliss cardstock. The Have a Nice Day sentiment perfect in this font!

For last weeks #sharingspringcards I used Watercolor paper and the Altenew watercolor palette to create the background, I let it dry fully. Then I added Hero Paste using the Simple Stores stencil and shook clitter on it! The sentiment is from Mega Label Love by Altenew.

I hope you enjoyed this card. If you did Leave a comment and let me know! Until next time, Happy Crafting.
