I check the mail and what did I see the cutest Notecard Valentine from my Up line Peggy Noe over at Pretty Paper Cards! This is where the inspiration for Notecard week came from! I think they are just fun, and in no time at all you can have a stack completed to have on had for so many occasions.
For the first Notecard this week I use the Lots of Heart set as it is still out on my desk! I use the long line heart stamp to create a cute back ground layer in Gorgeous Grape. I added it on top of a Granny Apple Green layer that I dry embossed with the Old World Paper Embossing Folder.
Heat Embossing – I decided this card needed big centerpiece. I die cut the large lace scalloped heart from the Many Hearts die set in Gorgeous Grape and heat embossed the sentiment with the White Stampin’ Emboss powder. Even though heat embossing can be a little messy and sometimes aggravating when you miss a grain of powder before you turn on that heat gun, it is my favorite thing to add to cards!
Quick and simple card for sure! Have questions let me know! Just add a comment and I will get back to you. Below you will find my products used and card cut list.
